- Email communications — personal data included in emails you send to us at contact@techlawg.com
- Website analytics — anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled
- Engagement data — information you provide to us in the course of a consultancy engagement, including business information, product descriptions, and documentation you share for the purpose of receiving our services
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, political, religious, or financial data) through this website or in the ordinary course of our services.

- Google Analytics (IP anonymisation enabled) — website analytics; data transferred to Google LLC under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
- Email service provider — for email communications management
We have Data Processing Agreements in place with all processors where required by GDPR Article 28.
6. International Transfers
Where personal data of EU residents is transferred to countries without an EU adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission Decision 2021/914) or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Article 46. 7. Data Retention
- Contact enquiries not resulting in engagement: 2 years from last contact
- Engagement data: 7 years from completion of the engagement
- Website analytics: anonymised; retained per Google Analytics default (26 months)
- Marketing communication preferences: until opt-out plus 30 days

Under GDPR and applicable privacy law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you believe we have handled your personal data in breach of applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
